Quinceañera: Magdalena is 14 and anxiously awaiting her 15th birthday where she'll celebrate her quinceanara. Her world starts to crumble when she discovers her pregnancy after not being able to fit in her gown for her quinceanara. Soon, she's kicked out of her home, abandoned by her family, and abandoned by her baby's father. Magdalena is then taken in by her great-granduncle, Tomas and her gay, often-in-trouble cousin, Carlos. There she finds a new family and life. |

Its is so crazy how I sat and watch this movie to the end!Its half Spanish and half English with no subtitles and I loved it! 9/10

The actors were great but I didn't like it as much as I thought I would. It seemed a lot of things were un-finished and things went un-said. 2.5/5.

May not sound like it from the title but this really is a great movie. Saw it a while back and it was very moving and full of everyday life experiences that many teens face today. Can't watch it from this link, but try finding it elsewhere, very well done and worth the watch. 4/5.

I expected this to be interesting but it fell short to me. It was boring and slow, really couldn't get into it. But I will say it was believable and real, so many girls go through this. 4.5/10
