The Hard Way: Nick Lang is a famous actor, well know for his action movies. For the next film he needs the proper motivation and inspiration for his roll. Thus he teams up with the reluctant N.Y. cop John Moss. Not only does he have to put up with Nick who is laborious and out of touch with realities, but he also has to catch a cold-blooded murderer.

Your standard odd couple, fish-out-of-water, buddy cop movie (see 48 Hrs. or the Rush Hour trilogy). However, it is quite funny and Woods steals the show with handfuls of zingy one-liners. Fox is good, too, and a good yin to Woods' yang. It is entertaining but doesn't really bring anything new to the table. My favorite of these will always be the aforementioned 48 Hrs..

A classic that I hold up there with all the oldies, Goonies included. This for me was the original Last action Hero or Kiss Kiss Bang Bang. But nowhere near Kiss Kiss status. very funny and always a fan of James Woods and especially Michael J. Fox. 8/10

I rewatch this one befor a few days or more. I find James Woods to be very annoying. Michael J. Fox was fine. Not really good buddy act. comedy if you ask me. 5/10
