A young lady that has grown tired of her town, leaves with a bunch of friends to The Windy City(Chicago). On the drive there, a staple in horror movies, the van that they are riding in breaks down, what a surprise,lol...lol...lol... on the highway. Of course this "Sitting Duck" cast of characters end up flagging down a truck driver, who is obviously playing hesitant to take them to Chicago, because coincidentally they are going to the exact place that he was headed. Making safety rules that they never follow through with, they jump in the back of this big rig and start to do what every young person does in a horror movie. Get drunk, play games and make out. Soon they find themselves in an abandoned warehouse, being stalked by blood thirsty hyperactive speedy gonzalez vampires. This turns out to be a fun movie, even though the acting is not that great, the vampires make it fun. The story is non existent and the direction is nothing special, but this movie shines through. When these vamps attack they are out for blood(pun intended) and they take no prisoners. Although there is little to no back story, who cares. The excitement is fantastic.

I was pleasantly surprised with this film, some are saying its your typical "vampire" movie? are you effing kidding me? ok whatever your welcome to your own opinion but this is not your "typical" vampire movie at all. It was really good, the mood of the film was good, the acting better than expected, and the story decent. Nothing amazing but definately worth watching and a good asset to any horror collection and any horror fans should check this one out, im glad i gave it a shot.

As you may realize by now this is another film that I never heard about and watched for the first time on SyFy this month. It was so much about the beginning of this movie that made me say no to so much they were doing, stupid teens.

But this was another interesting horror film I watched tonight after The Task which ended good.
