james franco of the spiderman franchise shows that he too can play in a lead role!

This is a movie that really makes you think and reflect on life. I remember watching this with my family; that just made it even more amazing.

Mountain climbing is one of those things. Just like going into outer space. It's not a terrible tragedy, or a shocking cataclysm, if something goes wrong. I't is a MIRACLE, if you make it back!!! 3 - 5 stars.

I didn't comment on this movie when I watched it, but since then it keeps popping up in my head... That hasn't happened to me for a long time. This really was a good movie, and I wonder if I could have done that?

it's amazing that this is based on a true story and I have seen the documentary and this movie is pretty much spot on if you just take away meeting the girls at the beginning and a few insignificant small things. 10/10

This movie is to close to some accidents i saw and... u like it on screen bu trust me that shit isn't pretty gj for the movie but that is not what i want form a movie .... 2/5

so many reviews say this movie is boring, but to be honest i found it so so inspirational and kinda amazing :) think the way the movie was put together was pretty well done!! deffoo recommend watching it as its a film which everybody can learn something from... never give up! 10/10!!

Franco is a fine actor and what a remarkable story! Awesome. Hardcore wake-up of what's really important in our lives.

3/5 ....pretty good movie.... it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.... a movie about being trapped for 127 hours.... they actually do a pretty good job. It's not boring, and pretty entertaining. Maybe it's just Franco doing a good job that makes it so interesting.

Good flik, not award worthy but good. Having said that my hat certainly goes off to the actual Aron Rolston. There are few things i can think of as staggering to get my head around as what he did, and how he had to do it. Incredible.

Danny Boyle keeps astonishing us with the young characters that overcome extreme survival situations. It was Jamal K. Malik in Slumdog Millionaire, it was Renton in Trainspotting and now it is Aron Ralston in 127 Hours. Spirit of youth and learning most important lessons of life, yet in adolescence, speaks to me beautifully too, and despite all dangers, obstacles or violence I never worry, because it is going to end happily ever after. 8.7/10
