Dry but a good story.

I think McGregor deserved a Golden Globe for his role....this is also a well directed and edited film...with a very talented Melanie Laurent and an expressive dog called Arthur.4/5.

Such great character studies of disfunctional families and individuals. Ewan McGregor is such a fine actor, and in this he's especially fine in exuding all the emotions expected from a grieving disfuncional son, and meeting his counterpart at the beginnings of a relationship. It kept me captivated throughout the film. 5/5

The flow of the movie is a bit dry... But overall it was pretty good.

Two different subjects. showing the life of straight person and gay person. When the parents going be gay, it`s make confusion for children. That confusion make the life to hard for children. Beginner showing the perspective of the straight life and gay life and both of them had a lot of problem in their social life. They couldn't make a real relationship. That is the problem in hole world right now. There is no perfect social life. Unfortunately disease make the life worse. Movie was to long but they manage it good. That was interesting role for the plummer in this age too.
