I felt this film should have been more thought provoking than it actually was, but this could be just me misconstruing the subject matter. I was totally drawn in by all the interviews and subtext and felt the director left me hanging in the air as to what he was trying to tell me. Was the protagonist really trying to understand feminism through interviews with men? All in all, I felt this film wanted to tell me something, but I'm still wondering exactly what that was. Nevertheless, the performances and dialogue were faultless, IMHO. 5/5

If any of you don't like this movie, trust me, read the book. I read it in highschool and it made such a profound impact on me. The book and the movie are completely different, the book is just legendary!
