ONE WORD: FANTASTIC!
It was an amazing movie. Sure.. the only action was in the last 30-40 minutes of the movie. But, you got to see how John fell in love with her. How hooked he is. Just that he would do anything for her! And, its amazing. A perfect regular kid, thats all he wants to be. But he can't. I just found it so interesting. This will probably be the 16th time watching this movie since it came out! I'm not even bored!

I love this film it was exciting, action filled and different!

The movie is about a teen who is on the run from his enemies sent to destroy him. He survives by changing his identity and living on the run. I do not really like dogs but love the dog he finds in this film.

This is a good film to watch and I am sure you will like it.

Longest. Final. Fight. Scene. Ever! But it was AWESOME. The begginning of the movie was kind of too slow and monotone for me with only a few exciting parts. The ending is what made the movie and it is set up so that a sequel can hopefully follow. They should have shown more of Number 6 or 5...whoever the girl was cuz she was badass..so the movie overall was a mixture of boredom/awesome.

well another Sci-Fi teen romance flick, it was on my NOT INTERESTED list but there wasn't anything else to do in my boring summer holidays so i saw it on TV. i must be honest the movie is pretty below average and dull the whole time but it gets superbly thrilling towards the end and thats is why i gave it extra half star. screenplay has some big issues which my friends is a nowadays problem with every single movie, why can't they concentrate on the writing instead of the visuals? story was not that interesting but still acceptable, i am still a teen, come on i really get effected and charmed by the whole Teen romance thing. editing was awful. Directed by D.J. Caruso who's Disturbia was above average to me but Eagle Eyes was something i enjoyed watching. he likes this teen sci fi or teen thrillers i think. but his direction in this movie is very bad.

the special effects were really below average, not impressed by them. it had few action scenes but nice one. the ending big finale was the only thing i actually enjoyed watching. that is what was thrilling and suspenseful and pretty entertaining. about the casting thing. i liked the whole good looks and charms of Alex Pettyfer but he can't act well. as much as i am a die hard fan of GLEE, i don't like Dianna Agron looks or her acting skills she looks good in the Cheerleader costumes though. other actors include Timothy Olyphant, Teresa Palmer, Callan McAuliffe , Kevin Durand , Jake Abel. ofcourse bad performances are something you will expect from it.

this movie is another teen sci fi romantic flick which i am getting so sicked of right now. it has that Twilight charm to it but far worst than it. it was an experiment wen't wrong. honestly if you wan't to have a good time you might see it but you will have to wait for the ending to actually have that real fun. very dull movie i didn't liked it.

Some people, like my brother, would be put off by the fact that it is quite slow at the start, most people would turn it off and go watch something else but if you give it a chance you will find that it starts to pick up pace near the middle. Some people may also criticize it for not having alot of action and containing some "cheesy" moments but the plot really makes up for this. Also, the special effects aint to bad either.

This film had it all; great action scenes, a love story, a decent plot, good acting by all the characters, and nice direction. The sound track that accompanies this film is nice and soothing to hear. There were some very nice special effects that show cased the characters powers and made some of the action sequences believable. this is a must watch for anyone action fan.

OK the effects were great, the action was impressive....I mean visually, the movie was pretty good.

And I'll even say the acting was done well. The characters were charming, the pace was slow at times, but not dead boring slow.

My only problem was, how many times are we going to see the exact same story. I mean this was your typical teen drama....new kid..shady past... weird and wants to stay to himself, but there's always some cute chick who he risks everything for.

There's always bullies who hate that he's got the attention of the cute chick, so they always end up having a conflict. I mean 90% of this movie was your typical high school drama teen movie. And the "discovering" of his powers was like the alien version of spiderman.

I mean it's the same ole same ole....you explore and try to harness your new powers beating up bullies and jumping around where no one can see you until a super strong villain pops up you have to fight in the climax.

I mean as far as an overall success the positive things I mentioned originally (great effects, charming characters, impressive action) can for the most part salvage the movie. But if you're a fan of the genre, don't expect anything new. 4/5 stars...

Hmmm, what to say about this movie - I really wanted to like it since, judging from other people's comments, it sounded good. I gotta admit, the CGI was great although I'm getting kind of tired of movies with no plots, carried strictly by special effects. What, is there a shortage of decent screenwriters in America?

OK, this is based on another teen fantasy series like Twilight - you know, human girl meets vampire, alien, whatever, falls in love, and they go off and save the world from other evil vampires, aliens, whatever so, maybe, my problem is that I'm not a 12-year-old girl.

Honestly, though, my biggest problem with this movie was the age of the lead actors. Most of them looked old enough that the only school they should be attending would be postgraduate. I know, the willing suspension of disbelief and all that but, frankly, mine was so suspended it fractured.

One of the worst movies out this year!! The special effects were far from impressive...the story line seemed to have been written by a monkey with crayons attached to its feet. Actually, the monkey probably would've created a better plot using a wall and a hand full of fecal matter. Please let this be an end to movies like this...it was a 2/1000. I'd like a refund for the last 109mins of my life!!
