ridiculous movie.

The movie was awful! The acting was terrible especially Ashley I mean come on it was FAKE!!

OK this movie clearly sucks! I will NEVER understand why people mark a comment "Useless" just because someone posts a negative review. This has got to stop here! I think "Elle A Modern Cinderella Story" is a great place to put an end to this nonsense!

Ok, It's not as disastrous as everyone is making out. I'm not one to choose films based on other peoples opinions of them. I agree the main character is not the best actress-but if it is her singing she's a great singer-songs were good. Storyline reminded me of save the last dance (except save the last dance was a great film)-obviously I can't elaborate or I will give the whole storyline away, but If you watch you will see what I mean. It's not the worst film-It's just one of those films I wouldn't watch again.

this movie was horrible... i hope the company was on a tight budget so that there is at least one excuse for how bad the movie was. The casting was horrible, the plot didn't even follow cinderella and everything was just horrible.

again a failure, i expected more

I like the story line but gosh the movie was really bad. the acting was very weak on every hand and it was low budget, I really hate low budget movies caz they never do well, just spend the money ppl or don't make the movie any at all.

movie is poorly scripted...more like a kids tv show. Unless you have a liitle girl I wouldn't bother watching this~ ...... BUT it was really Great to see a larger, normal proportioned girl whom kids can emulate, acting the 18-19yr. old Cinder-ella type singer/love interest of Sterling Knight. 0/5 star for acting, babytalk voices & production

I didn't really like this movie - singing was good, but acting horrible. This movie is for children, not for me.

I applaud the partial originality of the idea and the voice of the lead. She has a cute voice. Aside from those 2 things stated before there is nothing worth seeing about this film. The acting was unbearable and I have a lot of patience and tolerance. It was a rip off of save the last dance which was annoying (the rip off that is). It was as if they just plugged in one significant scene from the movie and said, "YES THAT'S IT." I can take the rip off of every other cinderella movie because that is what it is. I am not a fan of sterling knight's acting. That is all I will say on that. Watch at your own risk. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Wooow I do think it was a great movie mostly because elle was not a barbie girl she was like pretty but in her own way and she wasn't like a too thin freak! And Sterling Knight isn't that ugly, like his face but not his eyes :S 7,5/10

This movie is better suited to the 8-10 year old.
