This is an extremely competent movie technically. The camera work and direction are excellent and the acting is fine as well--especially the fine acting by Daniel Auteuil as the Marquis.

Wow. The things that happened in this film. I was confused through most of it, and shocked the rest... It definitely keep my attention, but I'm not sure if it was in a good or bad way.
