not everybody will like tim allen but he is quite funny once u get his humor. hes like a big kid stuck in a mans body hahaha. this is a good christmas flick too. 3.5/5

I have this movie on DVD. It's one of those that I watch every year at Christmas time. Because life is not always about machine guns and nudity. There is nothing wrong with this movie and decent enough to be enjoyed any time of the year.

I thought this was a spectacular movie, I don't usually like Christmas movies but this one was just too good. Tim Allen plays his part well. He is never a disappointment. 4/5 This movie is highly recommended to anyone who wants to feel good!

Funny family film. Great around Christmas!! MUST WATCH. I was laughing throughout the whole movie, the acting is great as well. 4/5.

@the bubbleh: You're obviously an idiot. You said this "The first half is pretty funny, but the ending is really lame" ... which is far from the truth. the ending does stop being funny, but that is because it becomes very touching. Anybody who has known somebody that has suffered from Cancer will agree with me that the ending was somewhat heartfelt. You should go watch something stupid like The Muppets Christmas Carol, that will probably be more to your naive and poor standards. Anyway! stupid people aside! MERRY XMAS EVERYONE! this movie is a great family watch. 4/5 if only because it really gets you into the christmas spirit

not a bad movie kinda weird that the novel this movie was based on was written by John Grisham who ive only known to write legal fiction. all in all 3/5

The first half is pretty funny, but the ending is really lame.... it makes it a child's film. It has an extremely corny ending.
