Pretty good futuristic action/crime story with prisoners fitted with collars that can cause their heads to be blown off..

I enjoyed this...8/10...for another unique idea I hadn't seen but I felt Rutger's acting was a bit lame. Still, it's worth a watch.

Rutger is great actor - and I liked the movie although it lacked the sci-fi (apart from the collars)- He plays an anti-hero - his lack of guile seemed to clash with his criminal activity.

r..h played a genius and a wimpwho happened to get caught...could do without the porn and cussing....Good storyline and I like the concept...3.5/5

movie was ok, kinda different, like a "logans run" a litttle with the crystal on there hands, this is a necklace instead. acting ok, plot ok, a little slow moving but worth a watch 3/5

Not one of Ritger's better movies, wait! There haven’t been any decent movies from him for quite so time... Slow, silly, too long, simple plot and definitely NOT Sci-fi... 2/5

Pretty entertaining. Good actions n Rutger Hauer was funny n gave a good performance. His one liners r witty.
