The Aristocrats: Comedy veterans and co-creators Penn Jillette and Paul Provenza capitalize on their insider status and invite over 100 of their closest friends--who happen to be some of the biggest names in entertainment, from George Carlin, Whoopi Goldberg and Drew Carey to Gilbert Gottfried, Bob Saget, Paul Reiser and Sarah Silverman--to reminisce, analyze, deconstruct and deliver their own versions of the world's dirtiest joke, an old burlesque too extreme to be performed in public, called "The Aristocrats."

Freaking hilarious! A documentary centered on inside joke within the comedic community. The countless variations and the disgusting manner which it's described. LMAO!!!

I can't get through this without gagging at least once. Funny, horrific and disgusting investigation/explanation of the legendary showbiz joke that was rarely heard outside of comedians backstage gatherings. As terrible as the joke is, the fascination of this movie is watching over 100 legends of comedy put their own twist on the same joke. Its a real education in how comedy works. Even if you can't get through the whole hour and a half of filth you should skip to 40 minutes in and watch the mime do the joke. Or an hour in to watch Sarah Silverman who somehow makes this terrible filth adorable.

George Carlin is a god. And it is a shame we are in a world without him now.
