Say the first "Firestarter" and love it, but can't say the same for this one. It turned out to be a huge disappointment. Charlie seem to be smarter as a child than as an adult. Maybe, its just me but Vincent seem to be an idealized fool to the very end. Guess he forget about the basic human instinct of self-perservation. I give it a 2 out of 5 stars.

Decent film but it contridicts everything in the first one, the way the mum and dad died various other plots etc.

This sequel burns me up. You cannot compare it to the original otherwise you will be disappointed. May this franchise end here but Hollywood will has run out of originality a very long time ago. I doubt Stephen King can prevent them from reissuing a remake in the future. Hopefully it will have a better storyline. Well enjoy the flick and your popcorn.

Anyone who is a fan of the first 'firestarter' with Drew Barrymore will be sadly be dissapointed with this. the sequel has been made as a 'stand alone'. The effects are great, the acting is good and the film does have a good plot (although it's very long) 2hrs 30mins. the title pretty much gives away the premise of the story, I reccomend anyone to watch the first film but this will completltey fill you in on the story.

Firestarter is a good classic movie if you seen the original and like it you will enjoy this one..

i havent seen the first one but i think this is a good movie, i liked it alot but it was alittle slow at parts and they needed more fighting or use the kids more it would have been better but other then that i liked it. 4/5
