This was a movie I have been waiting a while to see and although I really did enjoy it for many different reasons I'm not sure classifying it as a comedy really works and is somewhat misleading.

This was an extremely sad movie with some humour thrown in but still the bulk of the entire movie was quite sombre and somewhat depressing. That being said I still enjoyed the movie; the characters were excellently casted and the acting was superb! I truly felt for the lead and was drawn by his character.
There were moments of sadness, joy, misery and fear ... the movie encompasses much of what life deals out and it does it in a dignified and relatable way.

I thought of it as a well rounded depiction of the struggles with life, love and health. At times extremely heart wrenching, if you are looking for a goofy slap stick comedy then this is not for you.
This is a clever and almost satirical comedy at times that deals with some of lifes more darker aspects.

I would highly recommend this excellently crafted drama but grab a tissue or two cause you will need it

This movie has it all. It is one of the few movies I have seen in recent years that made me laugh out loud and cry. Joseph Gordon Levitt does an excellent job portraying an individual undergoing cancer treatment while trying not to lose himself to the disease.
One of the best movies I have seen in the past ten years. Well written and well acted. I would recommend this movie to everyone.

I had no idea what this film was about when I started watching, but I thought I would give it a shot because I loved Joseph Gordon Levitt in 500 days of summer.
I'm so glad I did watch this because this is amazing. It made me feel every emotion under the sun. It really makes you think about life and how we should treasue every single day, this is a must watch.

Awesome movie. One thing that is extraordinarily unique about this movie is that the ending is unpredictable but at the same time, amazing. It is fun to watch, funny and entertaining from start to finish. I really wish there were a lot more movies as good as this one because it is just spectacular.

i went in to this film expecting more laughs than i got out of it. it was rather sad in the most but it shows a problem that affects most of us which most people don't like to talk about where as this faces it head on. although it is a good movie if you go into this expecting a usual laugh a minuet film Seth Rogen is associated with then this film is not for you. however if you want a good serious film that deals with real issues then you should give this a look.
