Sweet halloween horror film, a definite party movie, its without a doubt better than the original, this and trick r treat are my two favourite modern halloween movies.I would have payed to see this in theatres.9/10

Actually not a bad movie, but I still like the original better like a lot of other commenters here. I liked that the characters you least thought were going to survive made it in the original, that was a fresh concept to me that currently Hollywood is to dumb to tap into. And the dance scene of Angela was way better and creepy, the dance in this movie doesn't even come close. I liked that they included the use of iron as a weapon against them in this movie. I don't think that was in the original since it has been a while since I have seen it. For the movie itself I rate it 4/5, however compared to the original I give it a 2/5. Well enjoy, later.

This one surprised me. The original was total 80's cheese and I expected this one to be worse. However while it didnt really stay true to the original it was original in its own right. Of course there was some cheesy parts to it but all in all not bad rather interesting plot and a good ending. 8/10

quite enjoyed this 1, enjoyed it more than the 80's version, & those were some gnarly looking demons, & it always helps to have a generous smattering of super hot babes in a movie doesn't it guys. :-)

One of those movies that I always seemed to put off watching. Finally watched it and it wasn't a bad movie at all. Glad I finally watched it, the ending was pretty good too.

Didn't like this remake so much. The original is so much better. Only thing I really enjoyed was Edward Furlong, who is by far one of my fav actors.

i would say this is a good remake but i did notice that they didnt put a black dude in this one which is unfortunate because the black dude in the original was who gave the movie some laughs .. the actors were a bit off in some secens the storyline wasnt properly developed but overall i couldnt stop watching it most certainly held my intrest threw it all. 3/5 *lmaooooooo i never seen a dude with a wounded leg run up the stairs so fast and about the main character ( chick from freddy vs jason), she had all her friends dying around her and didnt shed one tear or seemed too concerend about it

Man, Edward Furlong used to be so good looking. He still has the potential, if he'd lose about forty pounds or so. Irrelevant, I know. Anyway, it was a good movie. Passes the time.

A lot better then I thought it would be. 5/5. It's definitely worth a watch. I didn't even notice that was Edward Furlong aka (John Connor from "The Terminator")until I looked up the casts wiki. Man he has aged quite a bit.

I don't know if they did such a good job doing a remake of the classic, Make up effects was excellent but the storyline which they changed was rubbish...3/5

If anyone is going to try to remake a cult classic, like "Night Of The Demons", this is definately the way to do it. Straying a bit from the original story and script , this version is fun, energetic and the sound track is great. Shannon Elizabeth brings a whole new take on the character of Angela and the supporting cast, full of some familiar faces is terrific. This house is amazing and puts the original house to shame. I truly loved the original Night Of The Demons, it was very spooky and amusing. This film takes spooky and amusing to a whole new level. Great watch , it is perfect to sit around and watch this film with a bunch of friends on Holloween night!

Just plain fun! the original was good and I think they did a great job re making an 80s horror. No its not exactly the same as the original, but the lipstick scene definetly reminds you.. I really enjoyed this movie, fun characters and it wasnt trying to take itself seriously. I highly recommend for a few laughs,some hot chicks,and some freaky stuff..kool ending...

I fast foward it and saw the scary scenes to my delight. Yes! Gore fan through and through. It had potencial but it seems that it was done in a rush. Last stage call. Hmm ... something of the sort. Nothing really happens after 30 minutes. And then its just screeming, talk, halloring, blood, kill, spat and the world keeps turning round and around.
