I could say that the acting was just 100% incredible. It also had good direction and cinematography that led little more to be desired. For those unfamiliar with Edie Sedgwick's story or the story of any other addict, it should at least be worth a watch. But I could also give it a 1 out of 10 for originality. The big failure is that many are already familiar with this story. If not the one specific to Edie then with any other tale of substance abuse often coupled with fame such as Gia, The Doors, Sid & Nancy, Valley Of The Dolls, Country Strong, Blow, When A Man Loves A Woman, etc... etc... Having seen this script so many times before it just made the movie long, boring, and depressing. Again, the movie was excellent! It just wasn't unique (to me) other than maybe the genre.

I love Eddie Sedgwick. I don't know if the movie is good or bad, apart from Miller acting, who is astonishing here. I never like warhol or pearce. To Eddie, 7/10

A powerful performance by Sienna, she personifies "The Poor Little Rich Girl". Guy Pierce nails Warhol as the swishy ring leader who refuses to take responsibility for his "Superstars". In the end Edie was a perfect storm of an Outgoing yet Timid personality who fell to the release of Barbituates.

Stunning movie and very well made. To be honest i wasn't interested in the plot of this movie i just shoved it on as background while cleaning and i got hooked. I restarted it and watched it from the start. Once i had finished watching it i wanted to watch it again straight after. Best film i have seen in soo long and is by far my all time favourite film! It's reality's only fairytale.

I don't find Sienna Miller a convincing act whatsoever. This movie was okay, but seemed like just another movie about Andy Warhol and his party people. See the film I Shot Andy Warhol if you want better acting and direction in a story about these people.

In the art world there are many people of the arts that leeches on the rich and the popular. Andy W. is one of them! Now 2011 there are more people that just copycat others and steel Ideas, images etc,etc and no talents however the backing of those who love money morethan life controll it all. there are 2 sides to this coin...one that people see and the other only the insiders see. In LA all have thier hands out...you pay, you play. Shame on them all.
