@RagingChippy, are you from Scotland? either way you are correct about the Government here, it's a shambles and is only getting worse under Alex Salmond he is a dictator with a poor agenda. SNP = Tough on Football fans, weak on Criminals! fact. Anyways this was a not bad wee documentary.

How very sad, This man clearly has severe learning disabilities and has been left to defend for himself. It says a lot about the local government services which are not helping him.
