Wonderful movie. Very well acted. Good plot. Interesting enough. Also very sad. I liked how it was easy to follow, yet the plot was still mysterious. Well worth watching!

Really good movie a bit sad and long and slow at times but interesting what type of things that happen in this film make you think about real every day life I rate this a 6/10

I think this is an AWESOME movie; great characters, great acting, great storyline. This is a MUST-SEE in my opinion. This is a story of love, betrayal, mystery, intrigue, and seeking justice. There is a little bit of everything in this movie...I did have to run for the tissues though. Hope you all enjoy it as much as I did. For me, this is one of those movies that stays with you a long time after watching it; it can have a profound affect on a person! Enjoy!

Back to watch again, this is what movies are made of. Ralph Fiennes is what actors should be measured by. Haven't seen a bad movie with him yet. If you haven't seen The Reader do yourself a favor and see it soon. That movie wll leave an imprint on your soul, this I promise.

very sad dreama,well now i guess i`m not the only one who believe all of politacion in British covernment are dirty and they must be hanged by thier balls..lol..especialy those ones who were in power in 70s and 80s.

it's a sad situation but it's the reality of the world we live in,ppl are willing to go to extreme lengths for wealth and power and find any excuse to justify their actions in the process,good film,great actors with a very solid storyline,reminds me a bit of "lord of war"(2005)with nic cage and ethan hawke.

Such a wonderful movie, sad too, ...I really liked this. A very emotional drama. Filled with mystery, love, and definitely as stated, a THRILLER! You will enjoy this film, the acting was extraordinary! 5/5

This is an outstanding film with remarkable performances of Ralph Fiennes and Rachel Weisz. It also contains superb images and music from Africa.
