Great movie! And if you like this movie check out Comic Book Men, it's a show that comes on AMC where its Kevin Smith and all his buddies talking about different things and it shows them running the Secret Stash comic book store in New Jersey. Awesome movie and show!

i luv kevin smiths movies, they r the best and all of them interlude with each other. If u liked this movie i advise to watch clerks 2 or mallrats, kevin smith has also talked about doing a clerks 3 in the future,but no dates give. just expressed how he wanted to wait a few more yrs, either way ill b excited to see it if he ever does make it, anyway i giv this 10/10 jus for randals big rant on the deathstar in starwars!!

Dialogue in this film is razor sharp and not to be missed! This is a superb comedy, Randall is awesome! So funny! 10/10

Their dialogue is ridiculously awesome. So many memorable scenes in this flick. I love when he spits up on the old man rehearsing the tabloids.

For those that love Smith's work, this is where it all began. More than any other of his movies, this is a testament to his brilliance as a writer and director. He tells the simple, but hilarious story of a couple of underachievers.Funny movie in its own sort of quirky way. Also, yes, its supposed to be in black and white, this movie was made on a shoe-string budget and black and white cameras were cheaper when this was made.And make absolutely sure you watch the original ending included as the "alternative ending". I won't say more just I can see why he changed it but I wish he had kept the original, it makes it a very different (and even better) movie IMO. Definitely recommend.
