Had the book, so i had to watch the movie!!! Very good book to movie adaption. To take a fifteen page book and turn it into a full length movie!! Well done!! 4/5

It was really nice, I truly enjoyed the movie. Reading Maurice Sendak as a kid was an adventure to me, it taught me a lot (was a Wild kid myself).

I think I'll rather stick with the book my chidlrens classis fav

Never read the book. Took me 3or4 times before I could actually see this movie past the 1st 15/20 min. of it. Its a good watch.

this movie was not ment for lil toddlers my daughter screamed and cryed because she said this movie is bout the beast[devil] wich is in a way true if u dink bout it

lol, this movie was pretty good, 8/10. i don't know about 'not for kids' most kids wunt bat an eyelid at this but some kids would as it does get mildly dark in places. i'd be more worried about their attention span for this kind of film.

This movie is watchable, I didnt entirely get the plot, but it was pretty good.

I started to watch this but it was poor quality picture and sound, waiting for a better link.

the first time I watched this movie it was a really bad copy and I didn't think much of it but I just watched it again on videoweed it was a good copy I thought it was a decent movie the end made me cry a little that kid really had some issues.

I did'nt think this movie was as good as I thought it would be.

when i was a child i was a confused child..watching this movie brings back my own memory..this movie might not be for every 1..but it is certainly for those who wants to understand what it feels like to be a hyper confused kid..

loved the book GrowingUp and a great movie too 5/5 at least somebody stuck to the story making a "fiction" movie

I could get into this movie. I feel the child was ADHD. My grandson having it is a pure example of the speedy imagination, creativity and activity of his brilliant mind. Great great movie. Useful in helping to understand children of this nature!!!

I believe he has ADHD. My grandson does and their minds are so brilliant and fast paced it's amazing what they come up with!

so slow and so freaking depressing. leaves you feeling like absolute shit and never pulls you out of it. still get an overwhelming depression just thinking about it.

Great movie, family favorite, monsters are pretty scary(especially Carol).

Parents beware, this movie may be too sad for your kids. You may want to screen it first. Not really a kids movie.

This was a great movie but all of these versions leave out a little of the begining.
