The word masterpiece is often overused. However in this case it is completely deserved. Must watch film, for true Horror fans 10/10. The 2nd film is good too.

This is a pretty cool movie. I liked that I actually felt claustrophobic at times. I also liked that some scenes were just dark enough to where you couldn't quite make out what was happening and then BAM! you get a glimpse. I could really pick up on the fear that the characters were experiencing. That doesn't happen too often. Great movie all around. Would definitely watch again. 9/10

I already knew the deceiving denouement when I watched The Descent. The film is enjoyable anyway. The premise is one that appeals to many, and when the monsters come, they are awfully grotesque. Sadly though, after a while of watching the film, I felt like I was watching a video game adaptation with rather inappropriate music and hardly any tension. Unsurprisingly, the best thing about the film is the ending

Creepy good movie, not awesome as everyone here says, it takes 20 min or so til they start climbing, too much screaming which was annoying at top 6/10. Thanks uploaders :), i have never complained about the links, but to those who want to watch it sorry but not a single link was watchable, try novamov but it hacked through the entire movie.

Great British horror. I always watch this when it comes on TV, even though the cave scenes make me feel claustrophobic! 8/10

GOD DAMN THIS MOVIE ALWAYS SCARES NE NO MATTER HOW MANY TIME I WATCH IT. If you like scary horror movies then this is FOR YOU 100 OUT OF 10. : D

A horror classic 10/10

... the sounds those things make ... like those odd clucking sounds that bats make (the ones which are not ultrasound)! And completely nocturnal, blind - prehistoric! After the first time (when the nails had some time to grow back ;-) it is interesting to watch it with a discerning eye, like looking for the small movements that go on in the back before the creeps first start attacking. Cool one but the end was odd, so was the sequel ... I mean, honestly, who would willingly go back down there again?? Right! No one ...

Right, a cave is the last place where you will ever find me. Monsters are alright. They sound really creepy, like the creature from "Signs". Ow, while you're watching this movie, don't drink coffee or tea or anything... ;)
