great movie ... i remember when they were filming this in my hood ... i asked the security what movie it was he said 3 strikes .. i forgot all about it until recently ... loved it

Great hood flic.. i agree with vampire_crazy.. i overlooked it a couple times.. but glad i watched it.. great cast.. usually dont care for monique, but she was funny here.. I liked this as much as the friday movies.. ( and for u fellas that lke a phat ass.. holy snaps! at 8:15 haha)..4/5 (5/5 for that booty) =)

Actually a pretty funny movie. Please do not discount it as a generic black comedy. Pokes fun at car chases being shown on TV.

good classic 90's movie funny as hell but weak story line but i will say it is a must see 8/10

To be honest this wasn't a bad movie. It was comical, in places really funny. It was a bit slow in places and had a few dead spots. But overall it was worth watching. I can't say it was film of the century but gets a good 7/10
