I remember watching this twice when I rented it when it first came out back in the stone ages...loved it, and I believe that things like this are possible. Favorite for sure!

good story ... nut people would do this today if they could,. Starting with Ontario gov't getting cancer and pain patients addicted on oxy.s now taken them away without warning...people are dying from withdrawal all over or sub. meds! good movie

I keep trying to watch this movie but my computer keeps freezing when I make it 40 minutes in. I've seen the begining about 5 times now. So far looks like it will be a good movie.

Wow! The Island is one of those movies you don't want to end. It's one of the best movies I've seen in a while, and a new favorite. Great cast. My buddy from Trainspotting, the dude from Blood Diamond, and Scarlett Johanssen -- I think I'm in love. Anyhow, don't miss this one! 5/5

Great movie!!! The sad thing is that this will probably come to pass. The rich will always manipulate society to thier benifet. Great cast and storyline. 9/10!!!
