can't stand this movie. overly nice but idiotic suburban kids. joel's lack of common sense is unbearable to watch

Pretty good movie, unusual concept .. but it played well for the era. I always loved the "train scene" best though :) 4.5/5

I love Tom Cruise's younger films. He gets harder to watch as time goes on but this film truly shows him in his prime. The dancing in his underwear scenes never get old

Great 80's movie, Tom Cruise will always be remembered for this role. Thought everything played out realistically enough. Wasn' quite the comedy I was expecting, but the situation turned funny and had a happy ending.
