i recommend reading a book for an hour and a half or watching paint dry. The acting is poor and that's being nice about it, the plot....is so thin.

couldn't finish it, and i used to roughneck lol.

Seen better and have seen worse. 2/5 for story and plot 3/5 for blood. watchable and semi interesting .

2.5 Genres are Action, Sci-Fi, Thriller but it is only a B or C movie ~ the acting was good but the writers could have done a lot better.

this movie is shit!

the great thing about this movie was the subtle humor. as described on the DVD case, the people who did the special effects in this film also did AVP, the funny thing is the name of the rig company is the subsidiary of the company that is in AVP wembly with the exception that the W symbol is white in this film instead of yellow, it was a little thing but it made the movie more enjoyable for me

A OK movie. Good for a one time watch, but nothing to get excited about. Might have been a little more interesting if it would have showed the whole monster.

Well this flick was pretty much down my alley with the setting and substantial amount of blood involved,wasn't too bad of a flick,a bit dark but passable whereas it racked up an weak: B- from me.

Senseless Horror/ Creature movie, with many familiar faces. Story is lacking, scenery interesting and acting pretty good for B film horror. Although this monster has very little back story, this "Sitting Duck casts of characters start to bite the dust almost as soon as the adventure starts. Trapped on a rig somewhere in the waters off the coast of who knows, these characters make little sense as they run from, hide from and then search for the alien like monster that seems to be killing off the crew. Human nature will tell any intelligent person to stay still until help arrives, but if they did that, there would be no movie.Or who knows maybe a fearless director should try that strategy and see what happens. Good watch!lol...lol...horror movies... ya gotta luv em!

Not a bad movie a little slow to start but it soon picked up You could see from the production that it was a big budget movie as are most sci fi's the ending was a little cheesey but all in all an enjoyable watch
