I can not believe all of the hate in these comments. I thought the world was growing to be a better place, but apparently I was wrong. If you are homophobic and proud, then you are an evil person. I bet they didn't even watch the movie, they just came here to spread their hate-speech, and to rate good comments as useless. It appears they have an army to rate all of the non-homophobic comments as useless, so the actual intelligent comments are on the last pages. I am disgusted. I'm like that man from The Green Mile. All this hate pains me like needles in my skull. Does anybody else feel this way, or am I the only one with morals?

okay first off,i'm straight through and through.that being said,i give honest opinions about every movie i watch.I already knew there was man on man but after watching Bruno,i'm like what the hell can be worse than that.the movie itself was OUTSTANDING.good acting by both Heath and Jake.one thing this movie did that Bruno couldn't do is make me Laugh,so i give it 10/10

I am so happy to read many of the comments on this movie, I was truly worried I would see many negative comments , but ...my faith was restored. I agree 100%, this movie was simpily about Love not sex. It is one of the most touching love stories I have ever seen. I too have watched it many times and not once could I get away without crying. Extremely well acted. Rip Heath! And Jake was great as well. I wasnt raised either to be small-minded, It takes all kinds of differences to actually make a world work.

i absolutely adore this movie. it's a beautiful love story between two men; and it is so heartfelt and sad. i want to watch it over and over again :)

I love this movie!!! It's acting is suburb, The ending is heartbreaking but if your into to this types of movies, This one has got to be on your list to watch!!!!. Just amazing.

Attempted to watch this twice before now and never got very far. I have no problems with the nature of the film and am glad I stuck with it. I cried a lot. It's beautiful. The shirt part at Jack's house made me sob. :O

This movie changed my attitude towards homosexuality...I respect these people now, and never make fun of them.

A beautiful, yet tragic love story. Brilliant acting. You really feel the deep love and the deep pain between Ennis and Jack. Having to hide your love away is heartbreaking, to say the least. Ang Lee is a wonderful director. The cinematography took my breath away. Emotional and beautiful masterpiece.

Ya know,...I dont understand why men are comfortable watching 2 women kiss and co-mingle, but they are so put off by 2 men kissing.....and they want us ladies to be okay with 2 women together too...As a woman I am more comfortable seeing 2 men kiss than 2 women.....I do believe in everybody having rights though to persue whomever they want though,...and I have many gay friends who understand that I am straight....but I think both sides should have equal time.....regardless

This was a boring movie, couldn't finish it I almost fell asleep.

In all honesty, I really didn't like this movie. I think that they could have taken SO many other gay stories and turned them into Blockbusters, and they would have been much better than this. Basically, this was the first film to be out and proud to the public. Had some big names and some big money, but i didn't care for the film at all.

WHAT IN THE WORLD PEOPLE!?! How on earth can you enjoy this movie??? I can't believe this movie received awards, I just don't get it!
