GREAT film! Heartbreaking, deep, thoughtful. A film that truly brings alive the "colonial" problem. The complex relationships between race, militarism, colonialism, racism, and war. crazy stuff. Deep yet entertaining. This is something to see. Realistis stuff. The even depict that German version of the "mega" bazooka. This film has many different layers. Great depth. Super acting.

a.k.a "Days of Glory" great war movie. has english subtitles. great acting,( you feel for the main characters ), lots of realistic problems, great action scenes. worth a watch. 4/5

It is a WW2 epic - but it isn't just about the spectacle and destruction of war but about the human aspect of warfare. It is an excellent film with strong performances and a strong, political core.
