Watched all of them starting with the latest and ending with this one, and I must say it really helps in perceiving the difference in the directors after watching in succession, regardless of the order you watch. The depth and mood Depalma lays out to envelope your attention fully, yet still leave you a little confused is brilliant, in comparison to Woo's everlasting super slow-mo scenes and "Jet Li" Tom Cruise performed flipkicks and aerobatics is no comparison at all, that alone made #2 the worst. The 1st is the best story and directed, 2nd the worst, 3rd J.J Abrams probably did the best scenes and action of them all, and the fourth with Bird had really cool gadgets and effects, and the plot in terms of the threat pertains to present day which helps to keep viewers interested as well as raise a little fear of "It could happen" to the vibe. At least that's what I think, I'm sure many people will disagree with me,which is fine, that's what opinions are for:) All I ask is you understand:) 8/10 for the series.

1 was classic. 2 was too romantic and annoying. 3 was one of the best suspense. and about to watch the new one. 9/10

Getting prepared to watch MI-Ghost Protocol so going back and watching MI from the beginning. This is a very good movie. I really like this one and the second.

Pretty good movie. I think this one was the best out of all the Mission Impossibles. The storyline was good, and so was the acting. Worth seeing, especially if you like the other 2.

A lot of people do not like tom cruise, however after looking at this movie its hard not to like his acting ability! 4.5/5!
