This was really boring. It had no storyline. The acting was alright, but the movie just wasn't good. If you really like hulk then it might be worth watching.

Spiderman is affiliated with the Avengers also, and Toby Maguires Spiderman part 1 came out the year before this one, so no, this was NOT the first of the Comic Book Boom of movies as you put it. Also, i did not like the hulk in this...as it was the only Hulk movie out there, i watched it quite a few times as i am a fan of the original series and it was great watching the hulk on the screen again, but, when compared to the Incredible Hulk, this movie doesnt hold a candle to it, although i did prefer Sam Elliot as Colonel Ross, i jsut like him as an actor better, more intensity. Anyways, just thought i would throw in my two cents on your comment.

This one sucks. The acting was bad but only 'coz of the main actor. He was good in Troy but bad here,if Im not mistaken its the same actor. The sequel is better and Edward is simply a far better actor and a total look-a-like to Bruce Banner from the animated shows.

love all the hidden refrences in this like calling ross t-bolt during the chopper fight refering to the thunderbolts 4/5 love the whole comic book feel to it.

As much as I love Ang Lee's films, this was a disastrous attempt to get onto the Hollywood popular director's list...casting was poor as I've not been convinced by Eric Bana in any role he's portrayed. Edward Norton's Hulk a few years later is masterfully conceived for a superhero movie. The Incredible Hulk...but not Hulk.

im not a big fan of the hulk, but i did like this movie. 5/10 it was an interesting story, but i had a hard time staying interested in the entire movie. same with the second one actually. guess im just not a hulk fan.

I always thought Sam Elliot played a better General Ross than William Hurt but hey that's just my opinion. This movie aint bad, it doesn't have that much action in it but it has an awful lot of character development which some people love. 6.2/10 Did anyone else feel like the Hulk seemed kinda too green?:L haha. I like how Ang Lee decided to show parts of the movie using multiple camera shot at the same time because it made it feel more like a comic. I thought Nick Nolte was kinda creepy near the end but in a good way:L Oh plus I like Josh Lucas, I think he plays a great asshole!:)

This was Hollywood's take on the Incredible Hulk, never did I read a comic where the Hulk grew even larger the madder he got or jumped around more than a kangaroo. It was a decent showing for what it was, but it definitely is not worth watching a second time. Sticking to the comics is the way to go to impress any Marvel fan. 4/10

Booo Hisss. This Hulk sucked & thats sugar coating it. The one with Edward Norton was pretty good, but this one was totally lame. Personally, I found it a waste of time. Watch at yor own risk. I'll be nice and give it a 5/10.
