Watch S.W.A.T.: Based off of a one time T.V. show, two Los Angeles S.W.A.T. officers Jim Street and Brian Gamble were sent in to foil an extremely violent bank robbery. Although they thwarted the robbery, they shot a hostage in the process. Street was suspended from S.W.A.T. while Gamble was fired altogether. After 6 months, a veteran S.W.A.T. officer, Daniel Harrelson or "Hondo", is told to assemble a S.W.A.T. team for his division. He chooses other S.W.A.T. officers as well as 3 rookies. I admit I didn't expect what I saw which was a well acted and directed film with a solid plot built on the characters dialogue and emotions. Mind you there were formula shoot outs but not much more than what we would expect in real life. I liked it because it was sincere and made without all the mindless special effects that are so mainstream in films today. 3.5/5

no matter how many times I watch this movie I still love every second of it. The cast is perfect together; playing off one another perfectly. Directing is solid, and shows the consideration put into details which are oft times overlooked in action movies such as this. Many action movies depend upon the action and spec effects to cover up mistakes, but not this one as this movie has so few mistakes it deserves a 10/10.

thought that this was a pretty good film thought that there was some good action points through out. it has a good cast however i agree with some of the other comments the end seemed rush and was abit of a let down. 7/10
