Watch Hugo: Hugo is an orphan boy living in the walls of a train station in 1930s Paris. He learned to fix clocks and other gadgets from his father and uncle which he puts to use keeping the train station clocks running. The only thing that he has left that connects him to his dead father is an automaton (mechanical man) that doesn't work without a special key which Hugo needs to find to unlock the secret he believes it contains. On his adventures, he meets with a shopkeeper, George Melies, who works in the train station and his adventure-seeking god-daughter. Hugo finds that they have a surprising connection to his father and the automaton, and he discovers it unlocks some memories the old man has...

I saw this film not knowing a thing about it beyond being directed by Martin Scorsese. Well... I was just blown away, and actually shed tears. It is loosely based on the life of film magician and pioneer Georges M

Wow! I loved this movie. I watched it on Blueray and my jaw dropped...absolutely stunning. Great story and a quite emotional at times. My husband actually said it was an "excellent" movie which is something i never hear him say! If it were possible, I would give this movie a 20/10!!

I enjoyed this movie... I was so enchanted with this little boy. His disposition in life was so relative to mines. I loved the ending.. and the appreciation for the arts... good movie to watch during the holidays.

omg! This was such an amazing lil film. I laughed, I cried, it was awesome! I give it 10/10 for YA cinema! And who cares what it looked like, or what people postulate it should or shouldn't have been. Just enjoy the movie, because sometimes life sucks, and if you can overcome that suckiness, then you've made it. Enjoy it for what it is, a wonderful movie, and get over the semantics, and bs critics.

Well all the critics are raving about this movie so I fugured I'd give it a watch. WELL! I'm an hour twenty into it and thus far its utterly boring, a bunch of french kids with english accents running around doing nothing. I just dont see what all the fuss is about, judging from what I've seen thus far....4/10 be it unfair to judge without finishing it but it was way too slow for my taste.
