Good horror movie that garnered a lot of successful reviews back when it came out. Some japanese folklore and superstition tend to be darkly fantasious, and that leaves an open door to horror and ghost enthusiastics to write a lot of material. Not every ghost vendetta movie set in Japan works out, but this one's quite cool and gives you goosebumps with all that croaking. Totally recommended!

Good movie. real messsed up story that makes u think how low some people go when they are filled with anger. Had like maybe 6 or 7 jumping moments. I beleive this remake made it to the big time because of the director. if an american wouldve done this i doubt it would have been as great. Props to Takashi Shimizu for bringing the influence of Japanese-horror to american viewer in our own backyard. Rate: 3.7/5

I watched this movie with my friend and it really scared her so i hid and did that really weird noise that it made. You shoulda seen her face sooo funny!! :L

When I tried to watch the first 25 links were either non existent or not working..finally found it on gorillavid #26. I watched for Bill Pullman. Really did not care much for the movie, but asian horror seems sterile to me. You might like it. Clearly many viewers have. As for me: 4.5/10

I love these Grudge movies. They are quite scary. Will make you jump a few times. Have a watch.
