Had to go see this one on it's release date when it first came out, loved it then and still do, great movie and storyline 5/5

Wow, well, the idea behind it is original. Makes me wanna never travel. Pretty good though. I was interested the entire way through. And I really like how everyone in the film got what they deserved.

If you want a very hard core gory horror movie then look no further. Great gore and horror. 4/5 Stars.

Much more gruesome when I watched this at 13.. now its one of my favorite slashers! :) Too bad you don't get to see more of the torture scenes. 7/10

This is a movie that make you squirm. I brace myslef when they are working on thier victims. Very dark and scary. I am sure this happens somewhere in the world. The one scene makes the heals of my feet hurt. I can watch it once but not again. I get to creeped out. I can only handle so much torture at a time.

Its not that horror though, It could be better. i prefer saw then this one. This is not that bad but not that good at all.

OMG. This movie is so awesome! This deff goes in line with the SAW movies sort of madness and gore. It had me entertained the whole time! It does contain a lot of nudity and takes about 30minutes to get to the real good stuff but after that it's golden! 9/10 I'd deff recommend this if you like gore and psycho stuff! My kinda movie :)

Awesome slasher movie! I can't stand to see how they torturing their 'patients'. Won't spoil it but it feels great when paxton doing his revenge. Worth a watch. 7.5/10
