So boring. Very slow. Stopped watching after five minutes only because it was boring.

READ THE FIRST LINE IN THE DESCRIPTION! And than read it again! Best advise I can give! Yes this movie may be gorey, But no more than others I have seen. The hardest part is that it is based on real life. If you can detach your mind from that than it really is not all that hard to watch. As for the gay sex scene it does not last too long so if your not into that part just close your eyes for about 5 mins if that.

What is a cannibal? Someone who wishes to consume human flesh. What is Cannibal? It is a movie that takes into the mind of one such person, and the person who wants to be consumed. This film is indeed hard to watch due to the homosexual relationship and the amount of realism of the actually act of killing and then consuming. But while I watched this, I was taken by the level of love these two people had for one another. Odd as that may sound, if this movie is anything like the story behind it, it shows a different level to this man and his... well I wouldn't say victim. They shared a day that most people would love to have with their partner, minus the bloodshed and death. All in all I found this movie to be almost touching, and artfully done. 7/10
