Epic Haunting story!!

Scary, creepy and brilliant, a must see movie but not for the faint hearted

Just echo the general consensus, probably the scariest film I've ever seen. Rubber costumed or CGI monsters, slasher flicks with buckets of blood and gore, frankly I'm desensitised to it all, but this is based on the true account as related by an American family. If you believe in the hereafter and that entities known as demons, exist on some plain, the thought of this happening to you should be frightening on a whole different level to movies like Saw ( yawn ) or any zombie film you care to mention. When the bad guy can't be despatched with a bullet to the head, when there's nowhere you can hide, when your home is your worst nightmare and when it's not just a story as Evil sets it's gaze upon you, then you'll truly know dread and fear. Forget the low budget and b-list actors, remind yourself this allegedly really happened and it's a truly frightening tale.

This is a really good Movie ~ I totally enjoyed it, and would watch it again. I hope they do a remake because I believe this would be an awesome movie with todays Graphics. 5/5

It was an okay movie to watch...not really that frightening...by todays standards...but for back in the 90s it was pretty scary....I'll give this a 6/10...

Spooky!! It's an older movie and you can tell by the acting and most of the graphics but I still like it. 4/5 Stars.

I thought this was a great 80's haunting movie, definately worth a watch.

this is a great movie and a true story and it took place only 20 mins from my house in Pa. but they did finally tear down the house after this movie! :/ great movie if you love true stories! :)
