A superb film that would establish Tom Tykwer as a coming film director, he wrote it, he directed it and he did the music for it with two pals of his just as he later would go on to do with all his best films Lola Rennt and Der Kriger Und Die Kaiserin. Superbly photographed with an interesting story - my sole reservation is the end he wrote for it which I find a little too Hollywoodesque for my personal taste were it not for this it would have been up there on the level of Medem's Ardilla Roja and you can't get better praise than that. Highly recommended.

5/5 I do not speak German,and still didn't need subtitles! This movie spoke for itself! That says a lot for the writer,photographer,director, and the actors! Excellent movie! revenge is a dish best served COLD!
