What happens when the people we count on to hold us together are barely holding it together themselves? Kevin Spacey stars as Henry Carter, a psychiatrist with an A-list clientele, including a once-famous actress, an insecure young writer, and a comically obsessive-compulsive super agent. Henry is not in a good place, however. He has been asked to take his first pro bono case, a troubled teenage girl from a neighborhood far from the Hollywood hills. Considering his present state of mind, is he ready for the real-life troubles of a young woman who loves the world of movies he has become so jaded by?

Well this movie was definatly not what i expected it to be but i am really glad i watched it the comedy was dark but still very funny the storyline was beautiful this movie turned out to be a hidden gem :D loved it

this movie is great!! so great!!! best movie i've seen in a long time.. and any movie with Kevin Spacey is a must see!! and the actor who plays the agent? who is that? could he be the son of John Ritter cause he looks and acts so much like him and its the first time i've seen this actor.. you have to see this movie...

GREAT FILM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ENCORE! Not much needs to be typed about this film aside from watch it! I kept it saved for a while on my comp and finally sat and watched it and so glad that I did. I enjoyed the heir of the film, cast, style, interactions, the way it was shot, and etc. Def' a 10/10. Hell it has Kevin Spacey in it so you already know how great he is, his style always lures you with his voice, emotion & quirky humor. The entire cast was convincing & perfect. I'll def' watch again & will suggest. Don't over think the film and how you -think- the movie will be, just dive right it. You won't regret....unless you're a moron, lol.- Stolee 10/10

beautiful movie! Very deep too... one has to feel it and pay attention to what is going on to understand it... great acting from all) though didn't like Robin's role...( maybe its just me) 8.5/10

I admit I got lost in the plot a bit. It's a movie I'll have to watch a couple times in order to fully understand, or I was just too tired to watch this type of film.
