Very inspiring battle and personality of William Wilberforce. Those were a difficult times and so many people lived in darkness of their own needs. At least few people realized what is truly important. 4/5

Inspiring and well-made movie. Makes you wanna cry, though the song I don't like, but I like the winners -- and also it shows that faith and adherence to "narrow road" can bring you love of your life!

This is a truly inspiring film that has much more than what appears on the surface. William Wilberforce was a man that understood persistance for change. He was a real World Changer that never knew the quit.

Amazing film, great cast and production. A 10+ in my book. A great story of compassion and strength. Shows that there were many on many fronts who fought to abolish slavery.

this is one of the most beautiful movies i have ever watched. if you like british high quality productions with great cast, great story and very high budget this is your choice. i give it undoubtedly a 10/10.

Awesome movie, true story - inspiring and relevant. I recommend this one, so pull up a comfy chair and get watchin' **** "how will you deal with the injustice you encounter?"

Excellent movie! Should be worth 5 stars, because this movie shows how hard it was for the people who fought to abolish slavery and how hard it was for the people in slavery, but it also shows that it was well worth it.

i usually dont comment but for this man i have to, he's a credit to his nation. he shed light on various issues in British society in fact the world which have been slowly eating away at their morality.
