This movie was creepy. It had a chilling atmosphere and a good story. Not particularly scary, but I enjoyed :) Good ghost-horror. 7/10

Love this movie! Don't be complacent just because it's a Victorian ghost story, and not a "horror" movie. There are still a couple of moments that have big men jumping! :-D

Loved the book and loved this. A good old English Ghost Story. Can't wait for the remake.

Good ghost story movie. Sort of moderate horror. Very few horror scenes but interesting enough to keep your attention. 8/10

Wow, genuine creepy, scary movie! Don't watch this if you are alone, or at night! One of the best scary movies around! I had to watch it on youtube in segments ... but it was worth it!!!!!

I just watched the 2012 remake and I was positively surprised~Actually real good and there are some parts in it where I had to look away lol.I liked the new one a bit better although the 89 version is also very good.The revolution in new technology of the Special Effects makes the biggest difference between the two flicks.In the new version it so much darker tgen in the 89 one it sets the stage great watch both of'em

Overrated. This TV film had one particularly scary moment, 1 hour 15 minutes in. That scene is often talked about, and, yes, it works. On the whole, this wasn't a good film. The characters behaved in ways that I just couldn't buy... The 2012 version with Daniel Radcliffe is good - that's what brought me here. This? Nope.

Liked it. I did not know that there was a first version of The Woman in Black 2012. I've seen the 2 of them and I'll make a third version: this ghost story is really good and scary, but it's like both scripts are afraid of dig in, isn't it? 7/10

Love the movie but hated the ending, its so sad. But i am so exited about the remake, I love that it has Danial Radcliffe as the lead.

alright it was okay...not a horror movie at all but more like a suspenseful somewhat thriller like film. tragic at what happens at the end, made me jump. i rate it about 3/5.
