This is my favourite film with Hannibal in it, i think Anthony Hopkins really portrays Hannibal better than the original lecter (Manhunter). And i have to say i was loving every minute of this film. The suspence was brilliant and so much stuff was going on with hannibal. (Mason Virgin , Detective man, then just to make shit worst Clarice came) A truely Fantastic watch 5/5

I really loved this movie. I will admit that having read the book I was somewhat disappointed by the ending, but of course they do that all the time with movies. Still a wonderful movie with my fave actor Sir Anthony Hopkins.

I think red dragon and the silence of the lambs are better. jodie foster is missing, but for the scenes in firenze the movie is worth to watch!

my favorite of the series, Florence is beautiful! Hannibal is free! Julianne Moore did great.

This is a great sequel to the movie. I enjoyed both. But Jody Foster should have been in here.

I like Silence of the Lambs better, but this was good as well. Great acting, sort of disturrbing at some parts. Worth a watch. The beginning was actually a little confusing for me, but after awhile I got it. 3.5/5.

i like the 'hannibal the cannibal' series..i dont consider the 'Hannibal Rising' movie as one but the first 3 i liked alot.

- Gary Oldmans' performance steals the show. this film is entertaining, but Jodie Foster is missed, simply for familarity. the film is set in Italy and the US, when the film makes the transition from Italy to the US i fails me there, for some reason, perhaps because the shots in Italy are very beautiful & then missed. of the Hannibal series, this book is my favourite; so this film had alot to live upto. i did enjoy it, as previously mentioned, those minor details brought my opinion down.

Great atmosphere.Top notch performances.Slowly builds and keeps it at a steady level.Wish they made more like this.

love this movie, 10/10! Silence of the lambs, too. Is it weird that I think Hannibal is romantic? Ya, he eats people, but he's just so suave while he does it... *sigh*. =P
