Watch Earth vs. the Spider: A shy, obsessive comic book fan gets injected with an experimental serum of a lab that is studying how to give humans the abilities of spiders. At first he develops minor abilities such as increased strength, which allows him to fight local criminals and bullies, thus living out his dream of being a superhero, and impressing his attractive next-door neighbor. Things start to get more odd when he is able to shoot webs out of his abdomen. Then he loses control over the force with which he applies his increasingly deadly abilities, as well as his judgment to discern between criminals and jokesters. This IS better than A-N-Y anti-superhero movie i have seen in a loooonnng time, was hopin the transition from human to human-spider would have progressed to the complete mutation, adding to the low but VERY well spent budget. High scorer in my (comic) books 8.5/10. Don't confuse this with that so-called blockbuster tripe 'Spiderman'. Although the music is more inclined for Adam West's 'Batman' the story holds together and keeps the tension. A bit cheesey, but i rekon that most if not all comic book fans will enjoy this film. PERIOD. Similar to The Fly.

Well, this was kind of a different Super-Hero flick, nothing to jump up and down about and may I add, if this is all I have to look forward to in Super-Heroes I might as well starting looking at Soap Operas{ mind you, if this was the only choice I had in Super-Heroes}, got pass me with a:D+. {too boring}.

I saw tis a few times on AXN. Good 4 1 time watch bt the makeup at the climax is horrible n nt believable at all bt the sad ending makes up 4 it.

A good little low budget creature feature that draws on the old 1950's drive in spider movies,the movie doesn't take itself too seriously as neither should the audience,it is what it is a good movie to pass the time,7/10.

This was a decent enough film, Well acted with a half decent plot and spider/superhero gone wrong...I love spiders so whats not to like? Worth a watch 7/10
