I came out when I was fourteen in California (San Francisco), but the fun really started when I went away to college. Little did I know at the time, but my parents already new. This movie is great. I'm surprised I have not seen it before !

Probably the most realistic coming-out movie I've ever seen. Every scene rings completely true. A minor masterpiece.

I really was hoping this movie was going to get me going. Actually it was only somewhat interesting; that being coming of age & set in the 80's. They're good looking boys but it's not a 5/5 for me. O_O:-)

This movie is soo relatable to most gay guys in general. Yes, coming out is difficult. Especially when its as painfully obvious to the parents of said. Throw in having to decide which college to go to... Ugh! High school can be such a drama! As someone who also aspires to be a music major in college and has recording studio equipment in his bedroom, I completely identified with this young man. (And of course with the first heartbreak :_( )

This film was really good but it shouldn't have ended how it did. I think the writers and directors should've took their time with this film and looked more into the gay culture.

I usually don't watch teen movies, but this one was pretty good. I don't make a habit of watching gay movies, either. Was just a little curious. Very tactfully done.

OMG this movie was so good! The acting really made me feel what some of the characters were feeling, and the story felt so personal. 10/10 fer sure.

That was not bad at all. And I had a good laugh at those ugly 80's clothes and hairstyles.

Watched about 3 min just to see how it was..And it made me feel all " Broke Back Mountain " inside..LOL

this is a really good coming of age movie and coming out, getting to know the real you and feeling happy about yourself. Simply Amazing :-)
