Pretty interesting plot. I like the new take on the classic vampire story. But this really isnt horror, more thriller and mystery mixed into one. I would have liked to have seen more of Fulcanelli and how he got his victims in the early flashes of the film. Perlman of course was awesome like always! I liked that his character was obsessed with getting a nose job. The over pacing of the film was pretty slow but prob done intentionally by Del Toro since the whole film focuses on time and man trying to stop it. A 7/10 for me.

Alright then, just saw Cronos not the usual vampire flick, I'm use to seeing. Having said that, it was alright, not bad, good even. guess different is ok story i liked, However, i thought the plot needed more details. Actually it was more like an insect movie than a vampire movie. i mean the man got bit by the machine that had an insect inside of it, which infected him to which he started to turn into the insect like spider-man almost,lol. Ahh, i give it a 5/5 it was OK, nice looking movie, cinematography good. just not really sure if it was a vampire movie in the traditional sense, more like a blood thirsty insect movie.

Interesting movie, lesson: Don't mess on something which doesn't belong to you. 7/10

real good movie a different kind of vampire flick, tho its not a horror movie in anyway. its more scifi with some great acting. its half in english and half in spanish with subs. i found the story to be great 4/5

Decent flick. You will have to brush up on your Espanol. Ron Perlman seems to be into everything. I won't compare Pan's Labyrinth that also featured a young girl in the starring role that del Toro directed. It is not fair or right to do that on another piece of work. Give it a view. No ticket charge. Enjoy.........
