no1 but sean bean could have replaced rutgeur, not as good as the original but a worthy remake. 7.5/10

This is pure 80's schlock, but it's great fun. The plot is stupid and no one could take as much damage as Rutger Hauer does, but that just adds to the cheesy fun.Worth a watch...

Stupid film but sean bean is hilarious. Especially the part where hes killing to the Nine Inch Nails song. Was giggling like a maniac when i heard the music xD The film is very bad though, the story is stupid and the wit of the main characters is terrible. Example a guy tries to kill you, so you drive a few minutes down the road pull over and go to sleep, yeeaaa..... Also the female actor was nothing more than a pretty face. As it seems with all horrors these days playing a strong beautiful female seems to be the standard, however only a few old films have ever achieved the immersion and believability of such an important role. There is too much stupid ideas and going ons of the lead two that had me almost squirming in my seat out of discomfort but just as i was about to stop the NiN song kicked in and from that point on all stupidness was forgiven xD 2/5 for the music and Sean Beans character.

This is not my favorite horror movie. There are better ones, much better ones. Itīs ok for a one time watch. Thatīs it. Good night.

wow this film fucking annoyed me. i was enjoying it until about half way through. the story turned unrealistic, the two main characters suddenly turned into complete idiots. stupid music played every chance it could. i had to turn it off. it started off good turned completely bad. don't watch this 1/5

didnt think this is going to be as good as the original, but it was quite good. good amount of action, thriller and suspense. well worth a watch. The only thing i didnt like was i saw the original so i knew everything that was going to happen because it was very similar. well worth a watch 8/10
