Great movie, acting was outstanding, this movie is in my fav list now, definitely worth watching.

cried in the end, it was a such a triumphant ending that it made me weep- as in snot flowing down my shirt kind of weep. how can life be so hard? Cris is so amazing, this is such an inspiring movie! his life is inspiring. throughout the whole movie i was totally rooting for him. the saddest scene for me was the subway toilet scene, just, dear god :( its heartbreaking. i recommend this movie to anyone, anyone who is human shoulc watch this. its beautiful! 10/10

Really great movie. I took this personally because I've been through something like that as a parent and I must say Will Smith totally resonated all the emotions so perfectly of someone who has nearly reached the end of his resources but still keeps fighting on because of a dream and for his child. The love he shows his son in the movie beats every acting role from Bel-Air to Hancock, IMHO. Plus Jaden Smith was awesome as a tiny tot following his father to homeless shelters and the like. Watch this.
