Meh, not terrible but definitely not great either. All the acting was good, but the story didn't have much to it. Pretty much just a standard 90's crime movie. 6/10

Surprised no one commented on this yet. Havent seen this movie in years. I remember liking that it was a very obscure movie with some artistic merrits, mostly having to do with the realities surrounding being a junkie in Brooklyn and the lifestyle that comes with it. Mickey Rourke is one of my favorite actors, but I did not like seeing him act like a street thug throughout most of the movie, all he was missing were his pants down below his ass. Granted, the knife through the eye scene was pretty badass at the beginning. I thought this had a great story, but seemed to fizzle out toward the end of the film, particularly the very end with Ted Levine and Tupac, that scene seemed thrown in and did not seem to belong though watching Tupac strut rediculously makes that scene worth a laugh. Ted Levine was genius in this movie as Bullets psycho vietnam vet older brother. I think it was Adrien Brody's character that stood out the most. There's one scene that always sticks in my mind from the movie; where Brody is working as a painter at a haunted house exhibit and Bullet and a mutual friend of their pull up in a car and bullet calls his brother, his brother looks down, bullet looks to the left then to the right and :TAPS: his vein. Brody subsequently ditches his job without hesitation just to shoot dope. This film was effective in it's real life portrayals of disfunctionality among families, addicts and parolee's, but the acting seemed over the top particularly by Tupac. Overall, I would give this film around 6.5/10 Peaches.

I enjoyed this movie, Micky and Adrien are some top notch actors, Tupac was great too, its just to bad he had to leave us so soon, anyways this movie has a great plot with great acting, if you like gangster thug drug movies then this one is for you.

I LOOOOOOOOVE this movie... my favorite late night movie back in the late 90`s and again now. Great preformances all around, and tupacs final. best advice i can give is never start this movie before after midnight, you`ll enjoy it all the more. 4 outta 5

This is good pice of 90`s movie making, Roark is badass, Tupac is awesome in his last role, Brody is just cool.. Some weird dialogue at times but that probably due to the writing. Good film

not a bad movie its worth the watch like 7/10

I think the director tried to make a movie like Blood In,Blood Out bt it turned out to be a weaker movie. Mickey Rourke's acting was really good bt the direction seemed amateur and the editing was very sloppy.The editing made one fight scene laughable. Could have been a lot better.
