very boring and long winded!!!...the monsters where pathetic!.....;o#

I would recommend this movie to watch if somebody wants to watch different movie without the expectation of a big budget movie.I watched this movie after reading a really interesting article from a famous movie critic who said that considering the extremely low budget the director made an unbelievable movie.They wrote and created the scripts and the scenes as they were shooting the film.Most of the critics liked it but not the people who watched it.It is not a super Hollywood movie with extra special effects.Personally,it reminded me for the Motorcycles Diaries some ways.I thought of it more of a romantic movie than anything else.

I really liked this movie . Very good! It doesnt have to be full of actions scenes when there are aliens in it. Loved it - 8/10

I thought it was decent.

Movie was totally different than what I expected. I it was slow for me because I wanted more of the syfy side than drama. I really thought that they would have focused on the aliens and less on the couple but I got the opposite.

the story started out not so good then got better picked up a bit more then went down hill to a bad ending,either they got bored writing the plot or they lost it, it could have been so much better 2.5/5.

ok, the first 5 minutes are cool, so are the last 20... but the rest of the film is slow, but kept me thinking something is about to happen untill those last 20 mins but they were a dissapointment... i've seen worse, it kept my interest untill theend, but that was more because i thought something was going to happen any seccond, then it got to the point i had already invested so much time in it, i might as well see it to the end... hmmm

It was well interesting that's for sure, maybe i didn't understand it enough in some ways but from what i did it was watchable for a one time for me, not to helpful comment i know but check a trailer and give it a try, gl!

Interesting movie, very slow. The ending wasnt good enough.

I was truly amazed. The acting was superb. The effects were just enough. It's a story. Little dialog, the acting really carries it. Well chosen locations. It sucks you in with atmosphere and believability. You feel like a fly on the wall in a story that most would overlook. I think there might need to be a romance tag added too. It's a lot of things but not too much of any of them. Even the ending is a bit different. So many others would have taken it one direction but they chose a different angle and it was the right one. I'd recommend this movie to anyone.

meh... it was a decent movie, but the plot was a little vague.. seriously giant octopus aliens? mmm not scary enough and what's with the light in them? idk.. didn't enjoy it much plus if it comes to reality you wouldn't be calmed around an alien invasion. 5/10

I thought this movie was original and entertaining. More along the lines of learning to get along with monsters being fairly commonplace. That being said, the very beginning of this movie is the continuation of the final scene? Right?

This movie was such a delightful surprise. It reminds me of great films like Children of Men and 28 days later. You don't need to have the story rammed down your throat like typical Hollywood fare with constant CGI monsters and backgrounds, unnecessary gore and character overload. Finding a gem like this is what I love about film-watching. I will be thinking about this one for a long time. 10/10

It was a very interesting movie. Not what I would call a monster movie per-say, but a good movie none the less. 7/10
