This is one of my all time favorite movies. It's beautiful and tragic and sexy and thought-provoking. It will touch you in many ways. The acting is amazing! Keira Knightly, James McAvoy, Saoirse Ronan, Romola Garai and Vanessa Redgrave all give stellar performances. Joe Wright's directing is incredible...the Dunkirk scene is gorgeous. And my God...the scene in the library! The score is beautiful. This is the kind of movie that stays with you. If you haven't seen it, I HIGHLY recommend it!

Beautiful film, actors were great. Just I'm very sorry that film ended the sad way. It so strange that a little girl can change lifes of two people so easy. She just wrong understood what was happining.

Surprisingly enjoyed this and it didn't have a weak ass ending as I was expecting. Also got a David Lean vibe from it.

Ugh, I feel sick to my stomach now. I am such a terrible movie-goer, in the sense that I have to have that stupid happy ending! :( AMAZINC acting though

A true love story such dedication, trust, and loyalty. She never questioned him and was faithful to him. Such love. Briony on the other hand if that were my sister, I would have shaved her ugly short hair off and never speak to her again!

A beautiful film, carried mostly by James McAvoy's brilliant acting. Even Soairse and Romola with small parts made such an impact. Kiera ummm...

She tried to make atonement for her past wrongdoing, but unfortunately what's done cannot be undone. Great movie with impressive acting.

This movie is amazing! The story is catching and holds you in it's grasp until the very end. I find myself tearing up every time I watch this movie. It is so so sad but definitely a good watch. 10/10

Although depressing at times, the movie still kept me on my toes. In the end it was worth the 123 min.
