Although I understand that the show itself does not follow true to alot of what the D.C.Universe characters are able to do in the comixz or graphic novels, I still think this is truly one of the best animated series ever made.

This is probably my favorite cartoon as a kid and still today when im 19!! Marvel in general is awesome and the way they put these elaborate stories into every episode is amazing. They give good morals to kids while also dealing with serious issues like death and torture (solomon grundy in some episode). I only wish there were more seasons!

The Cartoon is decent but they are majorly underwriting the super heroes. For instance, in episode two when Flash falls into a puddle of gunk. First of all, Flash can travel the speed of light so that would never happen, secondly if that did by chance happen he can generate so much energy that he can literally match the vibration constant of objects and vibrate through them. Then, Green Lantern Jon Stewart but his protective shield up around his body and gas got through it yet he just blocked multiple high powered laser beams? Superman can hold his breath long enough to travel across deep, deep space so some sort of knock out gas would not effect him at all. Superman only has two weaknesses: kryptonite and magic. I understand for the benefit of the storyline that you sometimes have to make Superman seem weaker but come on? Knock out gas? Then, J'onn gets ambushed by some alien behind with a gun yet just five seconds before he could sense that Superman was in trouble thousands of miles away? If you're going to depower these guys then at least keep it consistent. It makes it hard for someone who actually reads the comics to take this stuff seriously.
