Priceless gem in the era of what real moviestars looked like. If you have any appreciation of classic film making, treat yourself to this one. Definitely a Saturday afternoon movie with a slice of pizza and a cold drink. Settle in for old fashion entertainment.

Great movie. Not a moment of it was boring. It's not very action oriented movie,more of a character driven movie. It has character development at the finest. How each person shows their true color and how the protagonist is pushed to the edge was shown in a very beautiful way. Gary Cooper was outstanding as the sheriff. His acting was powerful and commanding.N Katy Jurado was really hot. Her eyes were very beautiful. This movie is worth watching a lot of times.

I didn't like this movie.This is one of the most overrated movies that was ever made. I am going to explain the reasons why I don't like this movie:1)The acting was terrible.Cooper was super boring.Grace Kelly(who I consider as an overrated actress)was boring and lifeless.She is just like a Barbie doll(very pretty but lifeless).The only one that gave a good performance was Katy Jurado.2)The movie is boring and too slow.3)Why is the marshall running around the town crying for help?This is not what a hero would do in a western movie.4)The Marshall is not a hero.He puts his whole town in danger instead of just leaving.5)The character played by Grace Kelly doesn't make sense at all.Why would she abandon her husband 5 minutes after she married him just because a person wants to kill him? The only positive thing about this movie is the performance of Katy Jurado. I can perfectly understand why John Wayne hated this movie 3/10.
